Many of our clients, some of them at very senior level, readily admit to being wary of interviewing and unsure about how to get the best out of interviewees. This is an area where we can add a huge amount of value.

We can coach you before the interviews, offering professional hints and guidance. Also we can be present on the day, either at the interviews or on hand to offer an impartial and experienced view. You may prefer us to join you after the interviews to facilitate the debriefs and enhance your decision making process. We can sit in your office or be ready to take your phone call. Whatever works best for you.
