Because we genuinely care that we match talented candidates with appropriate employers, we take the necessary time to get to know your specific needs and the candidate's. We only present a candidate to you after we have carefully screened them and determined that there is a good fit.
We are Flexible
We understand that your hiring needs and priorities can change overnight. We also understand that we may only be one of a number of resources that you use for your hiring needs. That's why we're flexible and offer a variety of services to help you meet your objectives.
Retained Search. This is our ultimate service with full commitment between ourselves and our client. Typically you would pay for our service at key stages in the project. This level of commitment from you, our client, guarantees our commitment in return. Exclusive Contingency Search. If you want your recruitment partner to work in a committed fashion on your project, you need to offer them exclusivity. Exclusivity gives your recruitment partner a genuine chance to fill your position and therefore put every effort into the project. When we start working with a new client we sometimes work on an Exclusive Contingency basis. Exclusivity assures us that we have a strong chance of filling your role and to demonstrate our abilities. In return our client pays an engagement fee with no more to be paid until the role is filled.
Contingency Search. Our Contingency Search service is available to companies that do not want a devoted effort, but want to see qualified candidates with whom we are currently working. We speak to many top performers in our markets every day. We are always pleased to 'talent spot' on behalf of our clients and bring good people to your attention. Even in these circumstances, we shall always provide qualified, interviewed and referenced candidates that will meet your stringent criteria.
Project Search. Recommended when you are looking to fill a number of similar roles either in one country or globally.
Advertised Search & Selection. Appropriate for certain roles under certain circumstances when combined with thorough search.
Interim Placements. When you are looking for a top-performing candidate to fill a short-term gap. 360 Search provides a comprehensive interim service which includes all the back-office accounting for managing timesheets and administering payment of the interim manager.
